Return & Exchange Policy

At Promise Pharmacy, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. Please note that all return and exchange requests are processed in accordance with the following terms:

1. The delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount,
2. even if a free delivery discount code was applied at the time of purchase.
3. This deduction is considered part of the order handling and shipping expenses.
4. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and seals.
5. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
6. Return requests are processed within 7 to 14 business days after the product is received and inspected by our team.
7. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
